1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Flowtable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Flowtable is a cash flow tracking and bookkeeping tool designed to help freelancers and small business owners manage their finances. Flowtable is not a regulated financial service and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or business may not create multiple free accounts
4. Free and Pro plans
Free plan — includes limited transactions per month, limited invoices, and access to core features. Free forever with no credit card required.
Pro plan — £4 per month, billed monthly. Includes unlimited transactions, unlimited invoices, VAT tracking, P&L reports, cash flow projections and CSV exports.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings
- You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
- If you cancel, your account reverts to the free plan
6. Your data
You own all financial data you enter into Flowtable. We do not claim any rights over your data. You may export your data as CSV at any time. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Flowtable for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to process or store data on behalf of third parties without their consent
8. Disclaimer
Flowtable is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Flowtable is a bookkeeping aid — always consult a qualified accountant for tax advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowtable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
